NICB mPassbook is an application for the customers of New India Co-Operative Bank to access their passbook in an electronic form from the convenience of their mobile phone. Any NICB customer with registered mobile number can use this app to view their account statement.

You can view all your Account details, balance and transactions of Savings/Current/CC & OD facilities. .

Yes, you need to have any one of the NICB’s Savings/Current/CC & OD accounts to use this application.

Currently, there are no charges for using this facility. Only Data/GPRS connectivity charges would be applicable (rates are applicable as per your data plan with the telecom operator).

Android users can download from Google Play store and iPhone users can download from Apple App Store by searching with keyword NICB mPassbook.

Once you have downloaded the application on your phone, you need to follow the below steps:

Step 1: Enter your CIF ID and 10 digits registered mobile number.
Step 2: An OTP (One time password) would be send on your registered Mobile Number.
Step 3: Enter the OTP and click on Submit.
Step 4: Once OTP is validated, you have to set your 4 digits Numeric PIN to access the app every time you login to the application.

Your OTP is valid for 15 minutes only. If not used in this specified time, you are required to regenerate the OTP again.

If you do not receive the OTP, try to regenerate the OTP. If the issue persists, please contact our customer care number.

Try synchronizing the application once using Data/GPRS connectivity.

In case you are not able to see all your accounts, try refreshing the app by pulling down the screen where you see the list of accounts. Same way, you can sync your latest transactions by pulling down the screen on mini statement page. At the time of initial activation, it may take a longer time to fetch all accounts and transactions data.

You can change your login pin from Settings option

You can click on forgot PIN button and set a new PIN by entering the CIF ID and mobile number.

Click on the transaction on which you want to add remarks, you will get an option of Add Comment. Add your personalized remarks and click on the save button. You can also edit/delete your existing remarks.

No, this app is only a Digital Passbook. No payments or Fund Transfers can be done with this application.

You would lose all your personalize remarks if you have added any. You can always re-install the app from play store or app store. Once you re-installed the app, you would receive all your remarks back in the mPassbook App.
