The Reserve Bank - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021

Dear customer, our Bank is covered under the Reserve Bank of India- Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021. (Click here for the copy of the Scheme)

In case any complaint or grievance against the Bank is not addressed within 30 days or if not resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, the same may be addressed to the RBI Ombudsman of the respective area on the dedicated e-mail as mentioned below.

Complaints can also be filed online on https://cms.rbi.org.in alternatively complaint may be sent in physical mode to the ‘Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre’ set up at Reserve Bank of India, 4th Floor, Sector 17, Chandigarh - 160017 in the format. (Click here for the format of form)

Additionally, customer may call on the Contact Centre on the toll-free number – 14448 (9:30 am to 5:15 pm) which is operational in Hindi, English and in eight regional languages.
